Thru Sodexo’s Global Chef Program, Chef Oak from Thailand will be joining us for PSU’s International Week November 12-16. Mark your calendars to come check out his culinary talents.

$10 (public price), free with meal plan

Meet the Team

Billy Joyce

Billy Joyce has worked with us here at Prospect for just over a year as a chef. He grew up in Lowell, MA with 2 sisters. He attended Pelham High School where he was a wide receiver and a cornerback on the football team and also played lacrosse. Billy’s proud of his job here at Sodexo and enjoys all the support he receives daily. In his spare time he likes to listen to music with friends and you can usually find him at the Courtroom playing ball.
