Personal and Professional areas of interest:
I am the Residence Director at PSU and a graduate alumni who originally hails from California. In my personal and professional spare time I like to investigate theories of student leadership, adolescent and young adult development and diversity education/celebration. I would love to see the population of minority students at PSU students increase, particularly racial/ethnic minorities and spiritual minorities as well as create new support structures for our students as they struggle with issues of diversity.
