Profile:
Along with being the Director of the Counseling and Human Relations Center, Dr. Michael L. Fischler is a professor in the Department of Education. He is active in public speaking, presenting workshops and publishing articles in areas that focus on social behavior and cultural diversity. He specializes in human behavior and teaches courses which focus on cultural diversity, social behavior, and interpersonal and group processes. In addition to teaching, Fischler founded the local charity “First Star Tonight,” co-founded the “S-O-S” faculty scholarship fund, and is the Chair of the Graduate Faculty.
