Goals and visions about diversity at PSU?
Short term: Collect baseline data from students and faculty on perception of diversity on campus.
Long term: Establish department/staff to continually assess diversity issues on campus, address these issues, and support PSU faculty, staff, and students in becoming a more diverse setting.

Fun fact:
I am a vegan and my dog and I are certified pet assisted therapy facilitators.
