Depending upon living arrangements and course of study, students should plan to budget an average $3250 to cover non-billed costs such as books/supplies, personal and travel expenses. These non-billed costs are added to your billed costs to identify your Cost of Attendance (COA), used for identifying eligible financial aid programs.
COA used for NH Resident was estimated at $20,700; Non-Residents - $29,000; Commuters (living with parents or relatives) - $15,900; NEBHE (pre 2006-07) - $24,200 and NEBHE (beginning 2006-07) - $25,950.

Financial Aid awards are based upon the estimated costs provided above. Actual rates are approved by the University System of New Hampshire's Board of Trustees in June of each year and are reflected on your PSU semester bill which is available online at the beginning of each semester.
