Finding A Job

When considering a profession you may want to keep the following in mind…

• How much education is necessary for this profession?
  When deciding which career would best suite your life and your needs you will want to take into consideration the level of education necessary to land a job in your desired field.
• Do you need an advanced degree?
  Maybe the profession you are interested in does not require a college education. Or maybe it requires a substantial amount of education. You will want to take into consideration the amount of education you are willing to pursue and pay for to obtain your dream job.
• How much will this education cost you?
  If you are thinking about a career as a lawyer you can count on several years of schooling to achieve an advanced degree. You may want to shop around and check out instate and out of state schools, private and public schools and which schools are going to offer you the best financial aid package. Keep in mind that any money you borrow for your education will need to be repaid after graduation with interest.
• How much can you expect to earn?
  You will want to take into consideration the average salary earned for the career you are going to school for. If the salary for such a career is moderate to low this may influence which school you choose to get your education or how much money you actually want to borrow to fund your education. Remember everything you borrow will need to be paid back six months after you graduate or are no longer enrolled at least half time.
