Complete all contact information, course information and payment information

Add/Drop Courses

To add or drop a course prior to the start of the semester:

Print a part-time add/drop form ( 145Kb)

Print the course add/drop form ( 145Kb)

Complete the form (no instructor signature required)

To add, drop or withdraw from a course after the start of the semester, a student enrolled in a class must:

Obtain and complete the proper form by stopping by either the Registrar’s Office, the Frost School of Continuing and Professional Studies, or you may download it from the list of forms that can be found on the Registrar's Web site

Either obtain the instructor’s signature or contact the instructor via e-mail. (If the student contacts the instructor via e-mail, the instructor must contact either the Registrar’s Office or the Frost School of Continuing and Professional Studies via their PSU e-mail account)

Fax, mail or drop off the form

Students may drop full-semester courses with the permission of the instructor until the second Friday after the first day of classes. Internships, practica, individual enrollment courses and independent study courses may be dropped until the 10th Friday after the first day of classes.

Important   Policies regarding refunds of charges are determined by the Bursar's Office.
