This one night course will have you decorating Ginny's time-tested sugar cookies, adding your own unique touches, and of course, eating them and taking them home. Ginny Jordan, who works with Sodexo at PSU, has made and decorated hundreds of cakes and cookies for friends who rave about her work. Ginny says her success is due to the enjoyment and creativity she experiences while baking, preparing, and embellishing her cakes and cookies.
