In remembering who we really are, the creative powers of the universe begin to come alive inside of us. If you are mired in the preoccupation of daily life and responsibilities, how is it possible to shift? It all begins with a new awareness, understanding the power of intention, and an earnest desire to surrender our ego's will. Although psycho-spiritual transformation is neither gradual nor drastic, it is a dynamic process. It is a lifelong shift in consciousness, a rewiring of neural networks, a coming into being, and a way of existing more and more authentically in every moment.
A Plymouth State University graduate, Heidi received a BA in psychology and went on to California Institute of Integral Studies where she earned an MA in east/west psychology. Deeply interested in all things concerning the mind/body and how they work together, she has studied in depth, exploring a range of psychological fields, psycho-spiritual transformation, and the melding of the two in quantum physics. Heidi is also an avid snowboarder and outdoor enthusiast. She will be starting her doctoral program this winter.
