Many people have heard of blogging or blogs, the idea of publishing your own personal ideas on to the Web for any and all to see.  But such an open-ended concept brings many questions:  What do I blog about?  How do I set up my blog?  Will anyone read what I write?  Can I make money off my blog?  In the first half of the course, we will set up a free blog, then write a couple of posts to get the hang of blogging.  Afterwards, we will conclude with a discussion about what to write about, how to get an audience etc.  We will also focus on advanced concepts such as tagging your posts for maximum exposure with search engines and monetizing your site to make money from your blog.
