Refunds

If you are unable to attend a class for which you are registered, please notify the Frost School of Continuing and Professional Studies at least three days prior to the first class in order to receive a full refund of the course tuition. If a course is dropped after the first class meeting a 75 percent tuition refund will be issued.

Registration fees are non-refundable, unless the course is cancelled. No refunds will be issued after the second class meeting. Non-attendance does not relieve you of your financial obligation or entitle you to a refund.

Plymouth State University cannot guarantee that all courses will be available upon registration. Plymouth State University reserves the right to cancel a course is there is insufficient enrollment or an unexpected conflict.

If a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or unexpected conflict, an attempt will be made to notify you by phone and/or e-mail and a full refund of the tuition and registration fees will be issued and mailed to you at your home address of record. If a course is cancelled due to inclement weather, an alternate meeting time may be scheduled.
