Course Proposal Form

Summer 2008 Course Proposal Form

If you are interested in teaching a summer course, please submit a Course Proposal Contract to your department chair for approval.  Administrative Assistants are asked to send all contracts to the Frost School office, MSC #10 by Friday, January 18.

If you are interested in offering an online course and you have not gone through the training please be in touch with Stacey Curdie at scurdie@plymouth.edu as soon as possible. Courses will not be listed if the instructors have not been through this training.

Course Proposal Contracts, Guidelines for Teaching, as well as the 2008 Summer Session Pay Scale are being e-mailed to department administrative assistants. If anyone wishes to teach an experimental course, they must have an Experimental Course Proposal form signed by their department chair. The original must be sent to Dr. Julie Bernier, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affair, for approval, and a copy should be sent to the Frost School Office.

In order to process Course Proposal Contracts in a timely manner, it is necessary that they be completed with all the information requested on the Course Proposal Contract form.
