When requesting a project that requires construction, space remodeling or similar space renovation first review the request with your Department Chair or Director.  If approved, the next step is to complete a Construction/Remodeling Request Form from the link below and send to Mark Anderson, Manager of Maintenance Operations, Physical Plant Department MSC#33.
