Wambek (Apartments 43-48) is the next in line to receive new siding and trim.  The old cedar shingles are being replaced with a cement “Hardy Board” product.  This product is considered sustainable  because of its durability and pest resistance. It comes pre-painted and improves the insulation value of the building envelope.
