-Building card access

Preventive Maintenance:

-Oil and grease machinery

-Replace filters and belts on equipment

-Maintain and calibrate equipment

Plans, Maps & Archives:

-Building plans and campus maps

-Departmental AutoCAD map and plan preparation

-Building inventory information

Utilities:

-Forecasting, maintaining, and designing databases and spreadsheets for all campus utilities

About the Departments:

The IT Operations currently tracks all of the physical spaces via databases or drawings.  Spaces being tracked include (but are not limited to) all spaces encompassed by the building envelope including roadways, walks, parking lots, lawn areas and all athletic fields.

The Preventive Maintenance Operations currently maintains all HVAC equipment on campus to provide a comfortable, healthy, living and working environment for the students, faculty and staff.
