Our Maintenance & Utility staff is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all of the buildings on campus. This responsibility includes all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and security alarms, elevators, windows and doors located within our one and a quarter million square feet of building area. With the rapidly changing technology associated with these fields, the staff continuously seeks additional training and education.
