Each year, PSU art faculty show their finest
current work in the opening exhibition of
the Karl Drerup Art Gallery. This exhibit
is especially important to the educational
mission of the art department as the work
on display sets a standard for the students
throughout the year. Diversity of approaches,
both formal and conceptual, variety of
media and their usage, personal and societal
thematic statements, and fine craftsmanship
demonstrate the gamut of faculty involvement
in their respective disciplines.
