Tom Blackwell: Metaphorical Paintings, October 2–27

Tom Blackwell is best known for many series
of paintings that deal with contemporary
subjects such as urban storefronts, reflective
window surfaces, motorcycles, and specialty
aircraft, executed in a hyper-realistic approach
in oil paint. The series in this exhibit features
“metaphorical paintings,” touching on the
greater issues of life.
