Want to see what courses are available for registration? How many seats are left? You may check the availability and enrollment level of all courses at any time. Our course lookup tool allows you to look at real time registration information for any class offered during any active semester. No login is required to look at course information. The step by step instructions below will guide you through the process.
Step 1: Access the course lookup tool
- Open up Internet Explorer, or if you are on a Mac open up Safari.
- Click on the following link to access the Web page: Course lookup tool.
Step 2: Choose the term you're interested in
- In the "Select Termcode" box, choose the drop down menu and scroll to the term you'd like information for.
- Graduate terms begin with a "GR" and end with "Fall 2006", etc.
- Choose the "Submit" button when you've made your selection.
Step 3: Choose options for your course query
- In the course query page (a portion of which is pictured below) you can make additional selections to narrow your search, or to view all courses available for the term, choose the "Submit" button.
- Key options are already selected for you, but you may choose to enter the course registration number (CRN) to check on the availabiltity of a specific course.
Step 4: View the results
- The resulting page will contain the results of your query. You may need to scroll from left to right and up and down the page, depending on the size of your screen and the amount of information you asked for.
