Physical Science: 7–12 CertificationProgram Coordinator: Dr. Mark Turski, e-mail: medk12physicalsci@plymouth.edu The M.Ed. leads to certification to teach Physical Science in Grades 7–12. Required college level course work or equivalent competencies (audit, portfolio or exam): laboratory safety; general chemistry with labs I and II; organic chemistry with labs I and II; quantitative analysis; instrumental analysis; physical chemistry I; earth or physical science elective.
