Adrian Ciprian Paun is a lecturer for business law and EU law at Babeş-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He is the author of multiple articles published in Romania, Germany, Austria, Spain, France and has co-authored and authored six books published in Romania and other European Countries. Adrian Ciprian Păun is a graduate of the LLM programme of the Law School of the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität, Münster, Germany and has obtained the JD title at the Law School of Babes-Bolyai University, Romania. Ciprian also served as a Researcher within the International and Austrian Tax Law Institute. Mr. Păun is a senior member of the Cluj Bar Association and a member of the National Romanian Bars Association and is a senior attorney of law at Turdean/Paun/Renner/Predescu Attorneys of Law, which has offices in Cluj Napoca.
