Mihaela Mariana Lutas is a certified accounting expert and a certified translator for English-Romanian language. She teaches and researches in the field of European Economic Integration at Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She also serves as Jean Monnet Chair of European Economic Integration for the European Commission.
