Richard has over 35 years of business and legal experience in the private sector. He has worked for companies such as General Electric and Comidisco, Inc. in Connecticut and Illinois before coming to New Hampshire to work as a consultant. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, Business Law Section.
