Theodore Comstock teaches courses in school law, labor relations, and legal policy for educators and administers in Plymouth State University’s CAGS and MEd programs. He is currently executive director and general counsel for the New Hampshire School Boards Association, an organization devoted to providing information, training, and advocacy to locally elected school board members throughout the state.
