Carla Maslakowski is a health care leader with over 25 years of experience in pharmacy and acute care hospital operations, both civilian and military. Maslakowski is an experienced project manager and has implemented many programs and technologies to increase operational efficiency in the pharmacy, IT, and hospital support departments. She has worked as a pharmacy instructor at the Army Academy of Health Sciences, a director of hospital pharmacy, a director of information systems, and has held titles such as chief information officer. Maslakowski has published many articles on utilizing mobile technologies for bedside decision support to obtain physician acceptance of the electronic health record.
