Profile
Professor Mitchell is the PSU art department’s drawing coordinator. She teaches a multi-plate printmaking course each fall semester. She also coordinates student shows in the Collins Gallery, an exhibition space for art majors, and supervises art department models. She is known for her creative exploration in the areas of printmaking, painting and art quilting, and is the inventor of the foam-plate printing process.
