Profile
Diane has worked in the healthcare industry for over 12 years. She is a Fellow with the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and a Certified Healthcare Financial Management Professional. She is active in both the local chapter and the national organization. She is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Research Interests
She is working on her Ph.D. in Business Management with a specialty in Healthcare Administration and her dissertation topic is the Strategic Decision to Convert to Critical Access Designation by New Hampshire hospitals.

Professional Experience
Diane has worked in the healthcare industry in various roles. She started off as the Business Management Office Manager in a home healthcare agency, has experience as the Controller of a Residential Rehabilitation Facility, an Analyst (Financial & Operational) for a hospital system and is currently the Director of Reimbursement and Revenue for a two hospital healthcare system. Her responsibilities include Medicare Cost Reporting, Wage Index Appeals, Budgeting, Revenue Forecasting, and Regulatory Interpretations.
