Profile
Jon Maatta is a professor of mathematics and chair of the Mathematics Department. He joined the department in 1991. Dr. Maatta teaches all levels of statistics courses offered at PSU, and has been instrumental in the establishment of the Statistical Consulting Center this year . In addition to his duties as chair, he is a very active advisor to and supporter of the student Math Association.
