Profile
Dr. Kerry McCann Schnell is currently the director of special education for the Pemi-Baker School District. She holds educator certifications in special education administration, elementary education, general special education, learning disabilities and emotional disturbance. She also teaches courses at Plymouth State University and Granite State College.
