Profile

Leah MacLeod is an experienced public school educator with nearly 20 years of experience in middle school education. She has taught English, math, science, social studies and language arts. In addition to being a member of the graduate faculty at PSU, she has also been an instructor at Notre Dame College. For several years, MacLeod has been chosen by the Learning Through Teaching Program at the University of New Hampshire as an exemplary teacher of reading comprehension skills. MacLeod has hosted many teachers in her classroom for teaching demonstrations, and has worked with nationally renowned reading consultant and educator Cris Tovani.
