Profile

Dr. Leo P. Corriveau has been an award winning school administrator in two states. During his thirty-five year career in education, he has been a middle school teacher, a high school teacher, an assistant principal, a principal, a superintendent of schools, an adjunct professor at five colleges, a director of teacher accreditation, assessment, and clinical experiences. Known for improving the quality of education in diverse school systems, Dr. Corriveau has been teaching strategic planning and consulting with schools for over a decade. He also served as the President of New Hampshire ASCD and has made numerous national conference presentations. His research interests are holistic leadership development, the theory of process, strategic and action planning, literacy coaching, high school reform, and alternative education programs. He is currently co-authoring a book about classical literature and leadership development.


Degrees and Education

He earned a M.Ed. in School Administration from Fitchburg State College, an M.A. in American History from Providence College, and a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Columbia Pacific University. He also has done doctoral work at the University of Vermont and at California Coast University.
