Profile Dr. Mardie Burckes-Miller has been a professor of health education at Plymouth State University since 1987. She is coordinator of the graduate Eating Disorders Institute, and teaches courses in health education and promotion at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Dr. Burckes-Miller is active in eating disorders prevention and awareness in the Plymouth community. Degrees and Education
