Profile
Monika Ostroff is a therapist, author and consultant who has specialized in eating disorders for 15 years. She currently has a private counseling practice in Exeter, N.H., and provides specialty consultation to therapists, doctors and eating disorder treatment programs regarding eating disorders issues. In addition, Ostroff facilitates group psychotherapy in outpatient and inpatient settings, and presents lectures, workshops, trainings and presentations on eating disorders to schools, hospital programs, professionals and various organizations. She has served as a YWCA crisis advocate for victims of rape and domestic violence, and as program director for the Eating Disorders Treatment Center at Hampstead Hospital.
