Ms. Silva has been a school librarian since 1996 and is certified as both a school library media specialist and as an education technology integrator. She has been teaching graduate courses for PSU’s Library Media Specialist Program since 2003 and has facilitated online learning for OPEN NH (Online Professional Education Network).
