Marjorie A. King is the director of athletic training graduate education at Plymouth State University. Her diverse background in physical therapy, athletic training, and exercise science has made her a renowned national and international consultant, educator, trainer, writer, and speaker. King has over 30 years of clinical experience in sports medicine and has practiced in a variety of settings including clinics and rehabilitation centers.

She has served in leadership roles in many professional associations for athletic training, including the Eastern Athletic Trainers’ Association, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the New Hampshire Musculoskeletal Institute, and the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. She is asked to speak and present her work nationally, regionally, and locally. Her scholarship includes publications in both the research and clinical realms.
