Peng-Khuan Chong has been the Chair of Social Science Department from 2004 – 2012. He has Facilitated international exchanges and signings of MOUs with Sunway University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman in Kampar, Malaysia; and Houdegbe North American University in Benin, West Africa, as well as promoted global student and faculty exchanges.
