Graduate students may live in PSU on-campus housing (single or double rooms, single or family student apartments), subject to availability, or in off-campus housing. Housing is extremely limited. Early reservations for campus housing are necessary.

Stay at PSU during your summer coursework!

Graduate students have two options to live on-campus during the summer term.

White Mountain Apartment Complex

  • A limited number of one- and two-bedroom furnished apartments are available.
  • Students must bring their own linens, shower curtains, towels, and kitchen utensils.
  • A five-night minimum stay is required.

Langdon Woods Residential Complex

  • Single and double rooms with private bathrooms are available.
  • Langdon Woods has two elevators, a shared kitchen, fitness room, laundry room, and computer cluster with printer.
  • Students must bring their own linens and towels.

All housing requests must be received a minimum of seven days prior to your planned arrival on campus. Summer housing applications are available at the Residential Life Office, Centre Lodge, or online. You can also use local agencies to help you locate a house or an apartment to rent. Note: The College of Graduate Studies is not associated with these agencies and cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided.

One person apartment available for 2009-2010 academic year.

  • One-bedroom apartment (approx. 675 sq. feet) in quiet neighborhood within walking distance to campus.
  • Located at the top of Highland Street near the entrance to the public schools.
  • Bright, clean, re-painted with new tilt-down windows and partially furnished.
  • Full kitchen with large living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Outside entrance is walk-up with 17 stairs.
  • No pets, non-smoker, please.
  • Internet, cable, and trash pick up included.
  • $625 per month plus electricity.
  • Lease, security deposit, and references required.
