Quick Guide to myPlymouth services
Each member of the Plymouth State University community has a unique user name and password which allows them access to services inside myPlymouth. Through myPlymouth, you can:
- Access your Plymouth e-mail account
- Receive campus and personal announcements
- Register, drop, or add courses
- Renew library books and browse the Lamson Library and Learning Commons catalog
- Review your registration, enrollment verification and financial aid status
To obtain your username and password
- Go to the myPlymouth homepage.
- Click on "What's my User name" and/or "What's my Password". Follow the directions to obtain your user name and password.
- After registering for a class or being admitted into a degree program, personal account creation normally takes between 24-48 hours. If your user name and password are not available after that time, please contact the IT Help Desk at (603) 535-2929 to verify the status of your account.
How to view your registration information
- Log in to myPlymouth
- Choose the Services tab
- Click on Student and Financial Aid in the Self-Service area
- Click on Registration
- Click on Student Detail Schedule
- Select the appropriate term
- Click on Submit
- Your registration information should appear

How to print a billing receipt
- Log in to myPlymouth
- Choose the Services tab
- Click on Student and Financial Aid in the Self-Service area
- Click on Student & Bursar Records
- Choose Online Bill: Current Year
- Your billing information should appear
How to review your financial aid status
- Log in to myPlymouth
- Choose the Services tab
- Click on Student and Financial Aid in the Self-Service area
- Click on Financial Aid
- Click on My Overall Status of Financial Aid
- Select Aid Year from the drop down menu
- Click on Submit
- Your billing information by term should appear
- If you have questions regarding your financial aid status, visit the Office of Financial Aid Web site or call (603) 535-2338.
How to view your grades
- Log in to myPlymouth
- Choose the Services tab
- Click on Student and Financial Aid in the Self-Service area
- Click on Student and Bursar Records
- Choose Final Grades
- Choose the appropriate graduate term from the drop down menu
- Click on Submit
- If you have a question about a grade or posting of a grade, please contact the course instructor. You may search for the instructor's contact information by using the Plymouth State Public Directory.
How to access an unofficial Web transcript
- Log in to myPlymouth
- Choose the Services tab
- Click on Student and Financial Aid in the Self-Service area
- Click on Student and Bursar Records
- Choose Academic Transcript
- Choose the appropriate transcript level from the drop down menu
- Click on Submit
Enrollment Verifications
- Log in to myPlymouth
- Choose the Services tab
- Click on Enrollment Verifications in the Self-Service area
- Select the radio button for Current Enrollment (current term only) or All Enrollment (all terms reported to NSC)
- Click on Obtain an enrollment certificate
- You may view or print the page
Effective June 2005: All Enrollment and Degree verifications must be obtained from the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). Pre-registration certifications are no longer processed. Students must submit a copy of their online schedule to the requestor. Enrollment verifications may be obtained on-line with NSC no sooner than two weeks prior to the start of Spring or Fall terms.
