Experiential Education Programs and Adventure Learning

Through a program developed by Plymouth State University (PSU) and High 5 Adventure Learning Center, students can earn graduate level credits from PSU for the successful completion of High 5 workshops.

Earn graduate credits for completing workshops in areas such as:

Tuition Information

Graduate credits are offered at a rate of $145 per credit plus a $25 administrative fee per registration. Additional credits are available for workshop attendance with an additional two credits available upon completion of an independent study project.

Graduate credit instructions

  1. Register, pay and attend a High 5 workshop.
  2. Complete the Plymouth State University graduate course registration form (see above link to specific course registration form).
    • Students registering additional credits for an independent study project must clearly indicate this on a separate line on the same registration form.
  3. 3. Please return the PSU registration form with your full tuition payment along with:
    • A copy of your High 5 Certificate of Completion for the workshop(s) attended.
    • A 3-5 page reflection paper for each workshop attended. The topic of this reflection is to review the learning experience and its application to the student’s professional environment.
    • If registering for an Independent Study, please include a completed independent study proposal form (this form is also included in the packet received at your High 5 workshop).
  4. Once the paperwork is received and the student registered, a confirming e-mail is sent to all the e-mail accounts provided on the registration form assigning a PSU faculty member to evaluate the High 5 workshop reflective paper(s). Students registering for an Independent Study will also be assigned a faculty member in the confirmation e-mail to evaluate their project.
  5. Mail all graduate registration materials to:
