OPEN NH - Online Professional Education Network, New Hampshire

OPEN NH is part of e-Learning for Educators and offers a wide range of high-quality, research-based online professional development courses, developed by the Education Development Center, and facilitated by exemplary New Hampshire educators. Courses specific to New Hampshire needs are developed by trained New Hampshire educators.

All OPEN NH courses begin with an initial face-to-face orientation that allows participants to become familiar with learning in the online environment, the online delivery systems, and the overall course requirements. Courses run for seven weeks and emphasize theory-to-practice applications. Coursework includes online discussions, reflection, readings, and projects.

Course participants receive a Certificate of Participation that may be applied to their individual professional development plans. There is a $100 registration fee to participate in a course. Participants can also earn graduate credit from Plymouth State University for an additional cost of $135 per credit plus a $25 registration fee.
