Attention Students:

Students who are being employed at the Child Development Center may have their physical completed at Health Services. Students will need to bring a copy of their immunization record and their physical form (obtained from the Child Development Center) to their appointment.

Sports physicals are referred to the Athletic Department per NCAA guidelines.
