The theory and application of outdoor leadership, including program design, judgment and decision making, risk management, leadership models and styles. Models and methods of outdoor and experiential education. How to present and teach skills and concepts in, about and through the outdoors. May be taken as part of the Immersion Semester, for which students must apply for admission. When taken as part of the Immersion Semester, there is a course fee. Springs.
