The mission of the Hartman Union is to educate for personal growth and responsible citizenship.

The co-curricular activities program complements and supplements learning which takes place in the classroom at Plymouth State University and is an integral part of the total educational experience. Additionally, the Hartman Union is committed to offering a variety of services and conveniences needed to enhance life on campus.

Behind the daily operation of the Hartman Union Building, is a dedicated team of student affairs professionals committed to keeping the HUB our "Livingroom of Campus," welcoming and safeguarding all students. The Administrative Office oversees all operations of the building including facilities, campus reservations, budgets, student initiatives, HUB policies, etc.	New Student Orientation will provide you with an opportunity to find out more about your academic program, meet with an adviser and register for your first semester classes. You will also learn about university resources and campus life, including housing, dining services, student organizations, etc.
Getting involved at PSU is a BREEZE! The Student Activities Office can open up a number of opportunities for you, including organizations, activities, events, and programs. You will make a ton of new friends, discover new interests, develop leadership skills and participate in fun events. Get ready to have some fun and be sure to visit the SAO!!"	Recreation Programs offers 20 Intramural Sports (Softball, Ping Pong, 5K, etc.), over 20 Group X classes per week (Cardio Kickboxing, Butts & Guts, etc.), over 90 open hours in the Fitness Room per week, Sport Clubs (Rugby, Boxing, etc.), and employs approximately 100 student employees. We're sure to have something to suit your needs.
Are You Ready for Adventure? Get out and do something that you've always wanted to do at PSU's Venture Center.	Have an hour, a week, or a year? Get involved with The Community Service Center to develop your leadership skills and have fun! We are dedicated to serving the community in which we live.
