Alternative Spring Break (ASB)

ASB 2007 New Orleans, LouisianaASB 2007 New Orleans ASB - The Vacation of a Lifetime!

Instead of heading to a beach or ski slope with their peers, PSU students and Faculty/Staff advisors can spend their Spring Break serving communities throughout the United States.

We anticipate sending three trips out during the March 2010 break. The trip coordinators for spring 2010 trips are:  Sam Wisel & Jake DeFeo, Megan Lane, Moe Rowe & Katie Cotnoir.

All of the coordinators are previous ASB participants, having traveled to Mississippi and North Carolina on ASB trips. Trip locations for 2010 will be solidified in the fall. Previous projects have included: working with Habitat for Humanity, Union League Boys and Girls Club & environmental work.

How do I Take Part in ASB?

ASB 2009ASB 2009The ASB Leaders will be available at the Activities Fair on September 8th, 2009 to talk to interested students.
