Reservations: PSU Faculty and Staff

Welcome to the Hartman Union’s Event Planning page for Plymouth State faculty and staff. Locations in the HUB may be reserved by logging on to the University’s On-Line Reservation System . If you have questions regarding a reservation, you may contact the HUB Administrative Assistant and Scheduler, Jennifer Smith by email or by calling ext.2376.

All HUB reservation requests MUST be for non-academic purposes ONLY, and MUST be placed via the on-line webviewer format above. No phone calls or emails will be accepted as official reservation requests.

For all other reservations outside the HUB, please contact Mary Hill, the University’s Master Reservationist in the University Relations Office at ext. 2722 or via e-mail.
