Welcome to the PSU Student Organization Event Planning page. Below you will find links to necessary sources for reserving, planning, and orchestrating your student organization event. Please be sure to print out the Event Planning Checklist and stop by the Student Activities Office with any questions regarding space, equipment, catering, etc.

To place a reservation for your meeting, workshop, event or conference, or vendor table visit the University’s On-Line Reservation System

To plan the event, please visit the Student Activities Web Page and print out an Event Planning Checklist. Other pertinent information regarding student organizations can be found in the Student Activities Office at 535.2639 or by visiting their web site at www.plymouth.edu/hub/sao.
