Turning Goals into Action Plans

Immediate Action:

What specific action could I take today to bring me closer to achieving my goal?

Acceptance:

What are the advantages to my goals and how might I dramatize these advantages. (Remember that each of us observes through different eyes. Therefore, avoid assuming that others will see your goals as good.)

Anticipation:

How might I anticipate objections to my idea/goal and thus be better prepared to overcome them?

Assistance:

In what ways might other persons or groups be of help to achieving my goal?

Timing:

In what ways might I take advantage of special times, days, dates, etc. for implementing my ideas and working toward my goals?

Precautions:

What ways might I use to pre-test my chosen idea/goal or to fortify my goal to insure it's effectiveness?
