Have in writing what the purpose is for the existence of your organization. Remember to evaluate and update this statement when needed.
Why are you different?
Find your unique selling point. Try to focus on the unique qualities of your organization and communicate these to prospective students. Remember to stay within you purpose.
What do you offer?
Students want to know "What is in it for me?" List the benefits of your organization offers.
What do you need?
Give interested students some direction by explaining the responsibilities and requirements expected to them by writing a job description. You may want to include some of the following in your job description: specific duties, qualifications, training, commitment and evaluation. Remember not to overwhelm the student with the job description but inform them of what is expected.
