| Organization Description: | Common Ground is PSU's Environmental and Social Justice student organization. The group has a few objectives it focuses on. These include outreach and education through speaker, film, and various other educational events, community building through networking and collaboration, and service to the campus and community. The group meets each Tuesday at 6pm in the EcoHouse. We work in conjunction with the Office of Environmental Sustainability, The President's Commission on Environmental Sustainability, The University Environmental Committee, and The Sustainability Fellows in accelerating the movement towards campus sustainability. There are many projects we hope to take on throughout the next year, and we need your help! Our meetings are open to the entire campus community, so join us one Tuesday and bring a friend! |
