| Organization Description: | Delta Zeta was founded by six women in October 24, 1902 at Miami University in Ohio. There are over 155 chapters located in all 50 states, making Delta Zeta the largest sorority in America. The local sorority, Sigma Delta Chi, was founded at Plymouth on February 15, 1966 and became Kappa Epsilon colony of Delta Zeta in February of 1972. Our Philanthropy is Gallaudet University for the hearing impaired. The sisters participate in many activities on campus, such as admission reps, orientation leaders, student senators and many other things. Delta Zeta Sorority is a organization committed to academics, community service and PSU community. We invite all interested women to come meet the sisters. We are located in the student apartments at numbers 110 and 112. |
